Ellie is a 300‑hour trained breathwork coach and mental health advocate whose own journey through severe emotional and physical burnout in 2023 led her to discover the transformative power of breathwork during a trip to Costa Rica. Profoundly impacted by both the immediate benefits and long‑term ripple effects in her life since integrating breathwork, she trained as a facilitator with the goal to help others access similar relief and resilience.

Ellie works from a trauma‑informed framework, specialising in two complementary modalities: conscious connected breathwork - for deep emotional release and trauma processing - and functional breathwork - to help people manage the day‑to‑day stresses and challenges of life. 

Her offerings include one‑to‑one sessions, corporate workshops, and wellness events. Ellie strives to help people recognise the early signs of burnout, build stronger resilience, and approach life with calm and clarity without the need to resort to quick fixes or medications. Passionate about both the scientific grounding and impact of breathwork, she supports individuals to transform how they engage with stress and to live more fully from steadiness and presence.

Jane is the founder of 'Waves of Change Hypnotherapy', a fully qualified Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist (DSFH, HPD), who works in-person in Bedfordshire and online worldwide, supporting both adults and children in making meaningful, lasting change. Using a powerful combination of talking therapy, hypnosis, and positive psychology, she helps people who are dealing with stress, anxiety, low confidence, overwhelm, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, weight management, menopause or simply feeling stuck. Focusing on strengths and solutions, rather than problems, she helps you move towards a life where you feel calm, confident, and in control, ready to handle whatever comes your way.

Jane’s professional journey has always been centered around helping others. She began as a preschool teacher, nurturing young minds with care and encouragement. She later worked as a counsellor and mental health recovery worker, supporting individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. This rich background has shaped the compassionate and empowering approach she brings to her hypnotherapy practice.

Using evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s individual needs and delivered with empathy and understanding.
